We completed the buildout for ClearView Healthcare Partners in 2021, a full floor built for a healthcare consulting firm that moves fast and presents often. Polished concrete floors and exposed spiral ductwork run through the open work area, while glass-front conference rooms branded in ClearView's deep green line the perimeter.

The boardroom seats over twenty with dual displays for client presentations, and a lounge area with a bold patterned rug breaks up the rows of desks. But the real standout is the private terrace, an outdoor space above the city with skyline views toward the Empire State Building, finished with lounge seating and picnic tables for the team to actually gather.
