We completed the interior buildout for FOJP and Healthcare Risk Advisors at 111 West 33rd Street in 2019, working with Empire State Realty Trust on a space that had to serve two connected organizations without feeling split in two.

Whitewashed wood plank accent walls run through the reception and lounge areas, paired with a patterned tile floor that gives the space texture without overwhelming it. Conference rooms are named after NYC neighborhoods, each fronted in glass with frosted privacy bands, and phone rooms pop with bold color, a deep red here, a bright blue there, breaking up what could have been an all-white floor. The custom reception desk anchors it all, wood grain against a clean white top, with digital displays built in throughout for wayfinding and branding.

It's a space that balances two identities under one roof and still feels cohesive walking through it.
