Finaly GC built out two suites and common areas for one our valued portfolio partners, Cannon Hill Capital. Designed by ENV architects, the common elevator lobby and bathrooms are now the building standard for new renovation - including Chevron patterned tile walls, back-lit wood feature panels and black accents throughout the space is both modern and warm.

New Era Technology, which occupied a small portion of the floor at the start of construction soon decided to expand into one of the suites under construction. Finaly GC was able to quickly adjust to the change mid-construction, seamless integrating their existing space with the suite under construction.

The other suite on the floor is a pre-build ready for lease - boasting a large glass walled conference room, polished concrete floors and a communal pantry fitted in the same wood as the lobby feature panels - which ties the entire floor together in one cohesive design.
