We completed a white box buildout for SL Green in 2018 at 420 Lexington Ave. A white box project is a different kind of job than a full tenant fit-out. The work is about delivering a clean, ready foundation, not finishing a client's vision, and that shift changes what the crew is actually solving for on site.

Glass-front offices and dark wood doors line the corridors, giving the base building a polished, neutral shell that any future tenant can build on. The pantry got full attention anyway, with a quartz backsplash, stainless appliances, and dark cabinetry that reads high-end even in a space built to be handed off rather than occupied.

But the real standout is the restraint, a project where the goal wasn't to make a statement, it was to make the next build easier.
