We completed a project at 885 Third Avenue also known as The Lipstick building! I just loved the idea of a Woman Owned contractor creating a beautiful, sleek space in the Lipstick building. It felt very on brand. We also had the distinct honor of working with the immensely accomplished Patricia Hoban, project manager from SL Green. We performed the demolition and interior renovation of the 34th floor, the top floor of the elliptical shaped building, for an incoming tenant. We used high-end platinum finishes such as nasco marble from Europe and vinyl albaca wall covering by Philip Jeffries, in the MKDA designed and Lofreddo-Brooks created build-out. The most stand-out feature for me is the ceiling in the board room, made of 100% bamboo, and installed by Finaly. The combination of earthy wood tones and marble and glass give the space an inherently modern and fresh appeal. And of course we were thrilled to hand it over on-time and on budget!
