We completed a full floor buildout for Bloomsbury in 2025, a publishing company's new space at 1359 Broadway. Designed by ENV for ESRT, the layout centers around large common areas built for collaborative work, with bookshelves running throughout the floor.

Floor-to-ceiling bookshelves line an entire corridor, backlit and packed with titles, a hallway that doubles as a working library. The main lounge area pairs a botanical mural with mixed wood seating and cafe tables, built for informal meetings and downtime. Glass-front offices with black metal framing wrap the perimeter, and a boardroom with a long communal table under an exposed ceiling seats a full editorial team with skyline views on three sides.

But the real standout is the bookshelves, a hallway that turns a publisher's product into the architecture itself.
