We completed the interior buildout for Colonial Consulting at 810 7th Avenue in 2020, working with SL Green on a space built around collaboration and a strong sense of arrival.

A hanging greenery installation anchors the pantry, suspended over a long communal island with warm wood tones and full catering setup, a striking touch that sets it apart from a standard breakroom. The entry hallway carries that same intention through, with a living moss wall, curated artwork, and a multilingual purpose statement etched right into the wall. The workstation area balances that warmth with a clean, functional layout, wood-topped desks and city views for a team that spends its day heads down in the work.
