This was a standard buildout made with quality care by Finaly GC. Gensler, Rock Brook (MEP Engineer) and Onyx made for great partners on this one and we were able to have a seamless project. 

The buildout included accent walls, window treatments, all new plumbing, sprinklers, HVAC, and lighting fixtures. Glass offices were built out throughout, along with large open space conference rooms with stunning views. We also completed a brand-new pantry with stone countertops, glossy backsplash and all new appliances.
