We started it out as a pre-built back in early March 2021 and we finished by the end of June 2021. It was rented out by a tenant two months later in early September which Finaly returned to renovate to their liking. Those renovations included an increase in height and extension of the island in the pantry, new blue accent paint, demoing a room that was originally apart of the prebuilt suite to give the tenant more open area for workstations, as well as a lot of new electrical work to help connect all the data, TVs, security system and card readers.
