Finaly General Contracting is proud to be a participant in the New York State Cannabis Social Equity Investment Fund.

 

Finaly is responsible for the first completed build out of a legal cannabis dispensary, Smacked Village, located on Bleeker Street in downtown Manhattan. We have also built out Dazed in Union Square, Gotham Buds in Harlem and Stoops on 5th Ave in Flatiron.

 

The Governor is quoted as saying, “New York has always strived to lead the nation in providing opportunities for those who have been unjustly denied privileges and opportunities.”

 

As a certified WBE in New York, it was a crowning achievement when, Ruben McDaniel, the then president and CEO of the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), spoke at the press conference for the grand opening of Smacked Village and highlighted how Finaly was one of the key players instrumental in the progression of social equality.
