We completed a commercial office buildout for Crown Castle in 2022, at 1359 Broadway.

The reception sets the tone immediately, a raw wood desk with a brushed metal logo mounted against a clean white wall. That same energy carries into the breakroom, where a dramatic veined marble communal table anchors cafe seating and a teal lounge sofa under a neon-style pendant. The pantry runs long, herringbone wood-look flooring paired with green hexagon tile and a full beverage station.

But the real standout is the range, a floor that shifts from playful to focused to quiet depending on which corner you're in.
