We completed the interior buildout for Douglass Winthrop at 521 5th Avenue in 2019, working with SL Green on a wealth management office built to feel calm, considered, and personal rather than corporate.

The entry sets the tone with a striped art piece in a deep green palette above a wood-and-glass reception desk. Original artwork carries through the private offices and seating areas, paired with soft lounge chairs and simple wood side tables, more gallery than boardroom. A walnut-toned millwork wall lines the main corridor, and the pantry was finished with full stainless steel counters and open shelving for a clean, hospitality-grade feel.
