We completed a tenant fit out and core restroom renovation for Elemis in 2024, their new york headquarters at 111 W 33rd St.

Designed by Nelson for Empire State Realty Trust, the space had to reflect a skincare brand's polish while functioning as a working headquarters day to day.

The core restrooms got a full renovation, backlit mirror panels, white subway tile, and a dark stone vanity that reads more spa than office bathroom. The main floor stays open under a coffered ceiling, and a lounge near the elevator bank welcomes visitors with soft blue seating and the Elemis logo lit up on screen.
