We completed the interior buildout for LGT Capital Partners at 1133 Avenue of the Americas in 2016, an investment firm space anchored by a striking custom staircase, dark wood treads set against glass rails and a black steel spine connecting the floors.

The boardroom seats over twenty at a solid marble-top table, with floor-to-ceiling windows filling the room with light. Ribbed wood millwork carries the branding through the reception area and continues down the hallway, framing frosted glass conference room entries named after the avenue itself. The lounge softens the space with a mustard leather sofa and blue accent chair, set against polished stone floors that give the whole build a quiet, high-end finish.

It's a space built for a global investment firm that wanted precision and warmth in equal measure.
