We completed the buildout for Mindspace, a coworking space at 25 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, in 2023, working with Tantillo Architects on an amenity-driven space built around exposed structure and hand-painted detail.

A large scale bird mural anchors the main corridor, hand painted directly on the wall and running the length of the hallway past glass-front offices with black steel framing. Wide plank wood flooring runs underfoot, warmed further by string lighting and a leather lounge chair tucked into the corner, giving the space a relaxed, residential feel instead of a typical corporate coworking layout. The ceiling stays exposed throughout, ductwork and structure left visible for that raw Brooklyn warehouse character.

It's a space built for a coworking crowd that wants character over corporate polish.
