We completed a commercial office interior buildout for New Era in 2022, at 1370 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan.

Rich walnut wood doors and paneling run throughout, framed in black metal against polished concrete floors that carry the industrial edge through the space. The pantry pairs that same walnut cabinetry with a waterfall marble island, while a wood-paneled feature wall with integrated backlighting anchors the reception seating area. Even the core bathrooms got the full treatment, herringbone wood-look tile and dual vanities that feel more custom than standard build-out.

But the real standout is the consistency, the same warm wood and black metal palette carried from the front door through the pantry to the restrooms, so nothing in the space feels like an afterthought.
