Finaly GC's interior buildout on One Vanderbilt's 50th floor for tenant Hodges Ward Elliot consisted of: two conference rooms with custom tray ceilings, a contemporary coffee and wine bar, a 420 sq.ft full eat-in cafeteria, tapered Vanderbilt columns throughout the curtainwalls with a unique hard polished concrete floor, an open bullpen with 50 contemporary office stations highlighted by 15 floor to ceiling office glass fronts, and a hi-tec computer room with key fab controls throughout the space.

The elevator lobby and hallway build consisted of walls constructed from custom fabric panels in a monochromatic design with full white CAREA stone on the opposite side. These elements were carried through in the hallways using wallpaper as opposed to stone and tufted panels.
