We completed the interior buildout for Oxeon Partners at 330 Hudson St in 2014, a Meatpacking District space that leans into its industrial bones instead of covering them up.

Exposed brick runs through the lounge and reception areas, paired with concrete floors and copper globe pendants hanging over a gallery wall of black and white rock photography. Bright orange chairs show up throughout the space, tying the lounge, the meeting rooms, and the informal seating areas together with one bold consistent color. Conference rooms are named after NYC parks and framed in black steel storefront glass, and a hammock tucked into a casual lounge corner rounds out a space built for a team that works hard and unwinds just as easily.
