The Pride Global Amenity space is situated on the top floor of the legendary Graybar Building, located over one of New York City’s finest landmarks – Grand Central Station.

 

Finaly built an interior stair case connecting the 30th floor to two upper floors that are home to some of the finest art, owned by premier collector and Pride Global founder, Leo Russell.

​

 

The space is unique in it’s cavernous ceilings double floor height windows and outdoor terraces. There is a one-of-a kind bar that was handmade and imported from Brazil, which sits in front of a stunning Christian Lacroix mural wall covering.

​

 

Finaly installed the custom millwork shelves to create the library which is used to show case additional art. There is a sound proof room built to use as a recording studio. Other features include an exercise room, custom baths, and additional conference rooms.
