We completed the office buildout for Pride Global at 420 Lexington Avenue in 2018, a multi-floor project connected by a custom floating staircase with a glass rail and dark wood treads, cut through with exposed steel for an industrial edge.

The main floor leans bright and modern, with green and grey striped carpet running underfoot and mid-century orange lounge chairs set against bold abstract art. One floor down, the tone shifts entirely into a clubby lounge, leather sofas, brass pendant lighting, and a mix of vintage decor and animal sculpture that gives the space real character. A custom two-tone bar with a stone base ties the pantry area together, finished with warm wood and hanging glass pendants.

It's a build that had to carry two distinct moods under one roof, and hold both of them with equal confidence.
