We completed a full floor buildout for Roc360 at 645 Madison, overflow space for a finance company expanding beyond their existing floor directly above. Rather than starting from scratch, the project had to work in step with a company already operating in the building, coordinating around an active tenant while building out a second full floor to match.

The pantry runs long and functional, dark wood cabinetry paired with a built-in espresso machine and full-size fridge, finished with large-format wood-look porcelain tile that continues into the adjoining corridor. Just off the kitchen, a communal high-top table with rust-colored stools gives the floor a casual gathering spot outside the main work area. The floor itself is open, rows of dual-monitor workstations under a clean grid ceiling, with a small breakout lounge tucked into a corner window offering city views for informal meetings.

But the real standout is the continuity, a second floor built to feel like a natural extension of the one above rather than a separate space bolted on.
