We completed the buildout for S&P Global's new york headquarters in 2025, two pre-built suites at 7 Times Sq Pl combined into one tenant fit out. Designed by MKDA for Boston Properties LTP, the work meant merging two separate spec suites into a single cohesive floor.

Floor-to-ceiling glass runs the perimeter, pulling in unobstructed skyline views. Glass-front offices with black metal framing line the interior, paired with a vertical wood slat partition that breaks up sightlines without closing anything off. The pantry carries warm wood cabinetry and a stone backsplash, and that same wood paneling shows up again in the elevator lobby, tying the arrival experience back to the rest of the floor.

But the real standout is the seam, two separate suites built to feel like they were never anything but one floor.
