We completed the buildout for Studio, Tishman Speyer's amenity space at 11 W. 42nd Street, in 2020, built to give tenants a space that feels more hospitality than office building.

The space was designed as a flexible amenity hub, built to support everything from casual work sessions to tenant events with a layout that adapts as easily as it impresses.
