We completed a full floor tenant fit out at 220 E 42nd St. in the Daily News Building in 2025. Designed by LB Architect, the project called for a different level of security and formality than a typical commercial office, government work inside one of the city's most recognizable Art Deco towers.

A veined marble backsplash anchors the pantry, paired with warm wood cabinetry and orange upholstered chairs that break from the formality elsewhere on the floor. The main boardroom keeps a traditional feel, a long wood conference table with leather chairs and soft drapery along the windows. The reception area leans into a curated, gallery-like warmth instead, tufted burnt orange seating, framed black and white photography, and layered rugs that make the arrival experience feel more residential than governmental.
