We completed the lobby renovation at 7 East 14th Street in 2016, working with Charles H. Greenthal Management Corp on a residential entry built to feel more boutique hotel than apartment building.

Book matched marble wraps the concierge desk and column surrounds, paired with warm walnut millwork and terrazzo flooring that runs the full length of the space. A lounge area near the storefront windows brings in natural light and street views, furnished with mid-century leather chairs and a Noguchi style coffee table set against a textured stone accent wall.

It's a lobby built to be the first impression residents are proud to walk through every day.
