We completed the office buildout for Xerox at 485 Lexington Avenue in 2017, a clean corporate space with sweeping views of Midtown from nearly every angle.

Workstations run in tight, efficient rows along the windows, glass-topped dividers keeping the open plan bright without sacrificing privacy. The pantry was finished with light wood cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, and stainless appliances built right in, a small but well appointed space for the team to break away from their desks. Xerox's red and grey logo anchors the entry wall, setting the tone the moment you step off the elevator.
